Tina graduated Sante Fe College in Gainesville, FL in 1996 and has been working as a registered dental hygienist and orthodontic technician in Dr. Dillard's practice since 1997.

Lisa has worked in the dental industry since 1992.  Lisa started her journey in a local dental laboratory and later became a dental assistant. She graduated UAB's Dental Hygiene Program in 2003. She has worked for our office for the last 15 years as Dr. Dillard's main assistant. Lisa is also trained in sedation, orthodontics, implants, facial esthetics, and CEREC technology.

Lisa graduated from Chattanooga State in 1996 with her Dental Assistant Certificate.  She has worked for dentist in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Madison, AL. She has been with our office for 5 years as a cross trained dental assistant and front office representative.

Shelley graduated from Bessemer Tech in 1994 and later graduated from UAB's Dental Hygiene Program in 1996. She has worked as a hygienist and orthodontic technician in Dr. Dillard's practice since 2000.

Allyson has worked for our office since 2007.  She apprenticed into a dental assistant and is also trained in sedation, orthodontics, facial esthetics, and CEREC technology.  She moved to the office management position in January of 2013 where she oversees the practice finances and work flow.

Tatum has been in the dental industry since 2005. She has been with our office since 2014 as a cross trained dental assistant and front office representative.
